• Answering Inquiries- Providing FAQs about the product
• Assisting customers with their concern
• Do upselling/cross-selling to entice customer to avail new products

Salary Range: 19,000+

Qualifications:

• At least 1 Year of experience in CSR BPO
• SHS Graduate/Vocational Course/2nd year college Undergrad
• Average to Good Communication Skills
• Residing in Taguig
• Amenable to work in Dayshift
