Job Description
- Develop marketing content, liasing with copy writers and graphic design
- Oversee and report on the performance of BTP website
- Liase with Web Developers and SEO managers as required to optimise website perfomance
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach
- Monitor and report on marketing KPI's, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation performance
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns
- Manage email subscriber lists and CRM database
- Track and analyse all campaign metrics and website metrics
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
- Create promotional materials for virtual events
- Plan and execute webinars from concept to completion
- Manage registration and attendee communication for events
- Coordinate catering and logistics
- Create marketing collateral and presentation materials
- Collaborate with sales team on lead nurturing strategies
- Maintain marketing calendar budget tracking
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing in B2B
- Experience in LinkedIn and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS office, Canva, and CRM platforms
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Oubound calling and leads generation experience
